Abstract: What is value? How do we know that the product and its features are bringing value to the customer? This elusive term has so much meaning that can easily be dismissed. We will explore what value really means and types of value that products provide to customers. We will also look at how products provide value and customer experience value at different levels of detail (product, feature and design levels). Additionally we will discuss how teams and individuals can use a definition of value to explore, discover, and ultimately deliver and execute on value in everything they do. Come redefine what value means to your product and customers and deliver truly value products!
