I guide the internal agile practice and coaches in my division at Capital One. I love the potential of what we are trying to accomplish and the freedom to test and learn. That said, it's not been easy. I would like to connect with internal coaches to share lessons learned! We have so much to learn from each other.

In my career, I have played many roles in the SDLC. My greatest interests are getting value delivered, making it easier as we go, and creating an inclusive environment. That is what has lead me to my current focus.
