Lymari is a Systems Engineer at DoD. She is an Agile Systems Engineering subject matter expert at her organization. In her 14 years at DoD, she has been the Lead Systems Engineer of a DoD Major Systems Acquisition Program, Technical Director, Lead of the Systems Engineering Development Program, team lead of an Agile software development team, and test lead. She is a certified SCRUM at Scale Practitioner, Large Scale Scrum Practitioner, and SAFe Agilist.

Lymari is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Agile Collaboration Group, and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).

Lymari is passionate about Agile Systems Engineering and Enterprise Agility.
