Paul Argiry is LeadingAgile’s CFO and brings 25 years of diverse financial and accounting experience to the organization. Paul assists LeadingAgile clients in understanding the financial benefits that a large-scale transformation brings to their business. Quantifying the financial impacts and explaining these benefits to the rest of the organization helps provide tangible proof that the agile transformation will drive fiscally sound results once completed. Having worked at Red Hat for over 8 years as their Vice President and Treasurer, Paul was deeply involved in the financial aspects of this fast growing, infrastructure software company. Paul’s direct hands-on knowledge of how companies must deal with constant change and adapting their financial and accounting processes to keep up with this ever-changing environment. Having started his career at Price Waterhouse in public accounting, Paul is a CPA and understands the technical accounting requirements that financial professionals require when dealing with new and uncertain issues.
