Bill Roberts had his first experiences in technology as the manager of financial planning and analysis for IT organizations at Bank One, ING DIRECT USA, and Capital One. In 2013 he transitioned to IT as backlog owner for five middleware teams developing APIs. He received his Master's degree in Information Services from Penn State University in 2017. Now ScrumMaster for DevOps team Meteor, Bill has added some technical tasks to help evolve the ScrumMaster role from solely facilitating agile.
